Will it make a big difference? my body has just been wanting carbs so bad like yesterday i had beans on toast for tea which i would never normally do but it was all i could face eating / fancied. So scared im gonna get fat agr!

Log it and move on; not the end of the world. Just get back on track tomorrow.
Also, if you're finding yourself overeating certain items, practice moderation. Avoiding something entirely can lead to this.0 -
First off, it's ok... it's one meal, and one day. Secondly, this is what can happen when you restrict certain types of foods or macronutrients. So, consider reevaluating that aspect of your diet... The one which will win out in the end is the one that you find most easy to adhere to.0

this is why you should not restrict whole food groups..the cravings usually lead to binging….
like other said log it, own it, and move on…
why are you avoiding "white" carbs, do you have a medical condition???0 -

If you're trying to add mass, then you're going to need to get some carbs in to be effective.
Bread is a) delicious and b) delicious. Enjoy it as part of your normal diet and you won't feel the need to scarf down a whole loaf in one go.
But yeah, take away message is that Tiger bread is awesome.
White carbs don't make you fat, a calorie surplus makes you fat. If you're trying to add mass, then you'll be in a calorie surplus and you'll add some fat along with the muscle. Accept it or you'll just bail out of your bulk before you get properly started and end up back where you were.0 -
