I understand! My family has been so supportive of my journey, and then when I was t the very highest end of being in a healthy BMI, they tell me I'm skin and bones and need to eat some cake. What the heck?!

I drink Shakeology! I used to crave Reese's Pieces and chocolate, buy it has almost stopped my cravings altogether :)

I've been doing Beachbody challenge groups, and they keep me motivated and on track because I have daily support from others :)

Annie, One thing that has helped me really vary my diet is looking at people's food diaries here on My Fitness Pal. It gave me lots of good ideas for new snacks and meals so I don't get bored. I'm not sure about the macros and all that. I'm just counting calories (which I know some people would probably say is stupid), but…

Thanks so much for all the suggestions. I love having an awesome community to chat with/give advice. Ill definitely use them moving forward. I think I need to do less cardio and more weights, and I also need to add more protein to my diet. Ive also seen tons and tons of plank workouts. Thanks again guys :)

I don't think the treadmills at my gym are quite 8 years old, but my HRM usually tells me I've burned 150 more in an hour than the treadmill counter does. I'm a 158 lb. female, 5'8. Hope this helps!
