I know that eating clean is a major factor in weight loss but i feel like im constantly thinking about food and its soooo hard to stay in between my calories. Im 30 years old and its much harder to stay discipline like I was 5 years ago!!

Thanks that gives me some hope. I need to be more strict with calories too. I feel hungry all the time. Just finished day 5 with a bit of cardio after.

Ok so Im on day 5 today and its also my weigh in for MFP and I gained 1.2 lbs ughh , you know how long it took me to just lose that much and I gain it back?! Thats very discouraging. I know it can be muscle who knows since Im only on day 5. ughhhh

I am only on day 4 even though we started at same time. I work 12 hour shifts so it's very tough. Will be on day 5 Monday!! It was a hard workout yesterday especially after doing 15 regular pushups I felt the burn more!! Everyone seems to be doing great! I hope I get results

I think im going to use your method in using different weights for dif exercises maybe thats why i feel no soreness because 5 lbs are too light. With lunges they are fine but with chest row or chest flys i need more wieght!1 Using 8 lbs next time!! im doing it today let you guys know how i feel!

Im on the same boat on day 4 today and i feel a tiny bit of discomfort guess a lil sore but not much. :( got 20lbs as well to go.

Day 3 down today. did a lil cardio HIIT 15 after for some after burn. Not as sore as I should be. The 5 lbs are challenging enough though but dont feel that real good soreness.

I used 3 lbs the first day but 5 lbs second day. I kinda bombed my diet today cant wait to get home and do day 3. Need to add some cardio too. Hows everyones eating doing?

Im on the heavier side so I think I myself will add in more cardio to burn my existing fat. Not this week though. I want to get through the videos for a week and then add on. Dont want to over do it and burn out too fast.

Ok so I just finished day 2 today. I used 5 lbs instead of the 3 lbs from day one and let me tell you i felt the burn!! I was sweating more and my heartrate monitor said I burnt 300 calories in 27 minutes! compared to the 200 I only burned on day one. So the heavier weight cause my heart rate to increase thus more calorie…

Couldnt do day 2 yesterday had stomach flu :( but this morning im much better just dropped of the lil one to school and time for my exercise. Im still a tiny bit sore from day 1 gonna use 5lbs this time and maybe do one regular push up lol. If I feel energized might just throw in 30 min of cardio.

Sorry Im still new at this reply thing. Hope Im doing it right. Im thinking about resting 1 day a week. Maybe 2 depending how I feel after work since i work 12 hour shifts during the day.

Well this morning my arms and thighs are sore but not too bad we will see later in the day. I plan on doing it tonight as well. But maybe rgualr push ups this time and more weights

I just finished day 1 and I think it was too easy for me. I did feel it in my arms thanks to pushups but abs and legs not so likely. I think I might have to add in some cardio as well as I can see that this video alone with MFP will not get me where I want. Good thing about it is that it went by fast.

if you started just recently drinking more water and exercising more it could be just water weight that you were retaining. As long as that weight lost is not every week, healthy is max 2lbs a week, then you should be ok.

in the beginning when i started TF i was huffing and puffing and I already have background experience with intense cardio. still till this day at times i find it hard to complete a regular turbo fire video depends how my day is, but i stick with it and if i can do the high intensity high impact moves i do them if i need a…
