Forgive me if I repeat what others ask but i couldnt find my answer by searching so its easy to just type it
I have two days a week that i tone for 40 min full body I also need to run 3 miles trhat day, after toning im too exhausted to do 3 miles, or have no time to do all together, if i do toning in morning and 3 miles in evening after work or vice versa would i still get the same benefit? Thanks guys,

Hey Mari,
A few strength and conditioning coaches advocate exercising twice a day to split up the work because you are more effective when you have some rest in-between. I don't have any insight into which would be best; if I had to decide I would probably try doing whichever is less taxing in the morning and more taxing in the evening. But training twice a day is definitely okay.0 -
Yeah definitely, I do this sometimes and feel great when I do!0

I really wish I had the time to do it because I would absolutely split my training sessions up.0 -
