splitting cardio and weights in one day
Forgive me if I repeat what others ask but i couldnt find my answer by searching so its easy to just type it :) I have two days a week that i tone for 40 min full body I also need to run 3 miles trhat day, after toning im too exhausted to do 3 miles, or have no time to do all together, if i do toning in morning and 3 miles…

running with HRM
i ran for 55 min at A 6.0 Pace the whole time and my hrm says i burnt 1200 cal, but mfp says about 680 big dif!! im confused!!! :huh:

bootcamp class
OK so im gonna start this bootcamp class next week 3 times a week would it be considered a strenght training so i wont have to plan on doing? im believing yes it is considered strenght cause even though we are not using weights its our own body weight and plyometrics etc but would like some advice. thanks :wink:

BMR QUESTION
MY BMR IS 1430 A DAY TO maintain my weight correct? and now my intake is 1200 a day creating a 230 cal deficit ON mfp, this it self is not enough to lose weight. so i exercise and burn about 800 per day so my daily intake says its 2000per day. how much of that do i really eat? should i create a 500 cal deficit from that?…

My HRM says i burned 700 in 45 min doing a turbo fire video , but MFP says i burn 580 approx which one is close to accurate? HELP PLEASE
