I do a very intense bootcamp workout 2 nights per week. It is not a replacement of weight-lifting, if you are a person that lifts weights.0

I do 3-4 boot camps a week. Its circuits; I consider it both strength training and cardio, but I log it as cardio since it burns 450 calories for me.0

I was just looking for a boot camp equilivant in the class list and didn't find one. I thought the "calisthetics vigorous effort" was the closest since it listed situps and pushups.....it listed burning 473 caloris, and I think that is about right....0

ya i would die too. I don't lift, but I do a body pump class and I never do body pump and bootcamp on the same day; that would kill me0 -
I log mine as vigorous calesthenics. If you are doing a bootcamp 3 days per week, I would lift 2 of the *other* days per week. For example, I bootcamp on Tues/Thurs so I lift Sat/Sun.0

bootcamp is I did to get rid of 40lbs it was a lot of circuit stuff and running hills
It really helped to get some muscle to show through
I did do some weightlifting once a week with my boyfriend.0
