I have the same problem. Late night snacking is sabotaging my diet. So I am in. My cut off time will be 8 pm Mon. - Thursday. Weekends- 10 pm. :smile:

I have one day to cheat. Usually Saturdays. But never during the weekdays. My brother in law suggested this. He does it and still maintain himself fit. So enjoy!

This helps me too. I overate this weekend and only exercise last night because I felt really guilty. I was thinking of not eating all my cal but now I will and also exercise. What's done is done. I guess we just have to move on.

Turkey burgers are delicious. My favorite place to eat them is at Johnny's Rocket. When ordering the turkey burger, ask if possible wheat bun, hold the mayo, try mustard and avoid the cheese. But be sure to add the lettuce, tomato, onions and add a small amount of ketchup. Enjoy!!

:happy: I work out between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m. It's the best time for me because the kids are asleep. After I work out, I drink some chamomille and decaf green tea to relax me and I can sleep peacefully. This is the only time I find it easier. It just depends on you. I personallly enjoy working out a night. Mornings are impossible for me. I have two kids and a husband. I have to get breakfast, lunch ready and drop off the kids. Then I am out doing other stuff. If I get a chance around 1:00-2:00 pm, I will workout. :smile:

I went out last night with my husband to Bahamas Breeze and I enjoyed my dinner. I made healthy choices. For ex. grilled chicken kabobs with plenty veggies and yellow rice.
