YOu have made amazing progress. And if even you never lost another pound, you shouldn't feel down on yourself. But I will say since you are closer to your goal, you may be yo-yoing with a pound here and there because now that most of the fat is gone, your body is recompositioning. SO a gain of one pound or so may be muscle…

Oh, well, that's presumptuous AND inaccurate. As long as they aren't screaming it across the gym, perhaps you better put your big kid pants on for that one. Geesh...

YASSS! Camping out on machines with phones. That's just *kitten* rude.

Well, I had the colonoscopy. I have ulcerative colitis. My doc didn't make it sound like this would be chronic for me but I am having a few issues with the treatment options he gave me, namely that there were too few, and one of them cost 632$ out of pocket!!! The other is a long course of enemas. No, no, no.

I have been doubling down on raw veggies so I think I will be fairly empty in advance. No meat today either. Only simple carbs and stuff. SO I am hoping, like you said, AmyRebecca, I will be mostly done by bedtime. And Sabine, just curious why you say no feast afterwards. Does it go right through you or something? lol

Ahhh man. I neversleep through the night anyway, but if I'm awake and hungry, I'm gonna be pissed. lol

Yes, until the total fast at midnight, I will be drinking broths, gatorage, and ginger ale. lol

Oh no. Drinking sips will do nothing for my hunger. I know my body too well. But at least I won't be parched as well! lol The procedure is Tues morning. All Monday is a clear fluid diet. I take the Prep solution (the first one) at 4 or 5 pm.

I definitely agree "fat is fat." But I also think a person SHOULD love themselves , even when fat. Self-love and health do not have to be mutually exclusive. A person can be trying to lose weight but still love themselves, and since not everyone CAN lose the weight, why should a fat person not be able to "be happy with who…

Totally! you can be thin and still have cellulite. Women especially are very prone to it, and once it's there, not much short of surgery will remove it. I had an ex (*kitten*) point out the cellulite on my very fit legs when I weighed about 125 pounds.

Being decent human being who doesn't give unsolicited opinions on other peoples' bodies is not "politically correct." It seems lately when someone says "politically correct" lately, they are simply referring to their "right" to be an *kitten* or discriminate against someone different from them. If a heavy person wants to…

It was my birthday so my bestie took me out to lunch for sushi and then we got Freddy's frozen custard afterwards. :)

Perhaps he feels like many women on here are already vulnerable because they are trying to lose weight and may be inscure and more receptive to his advances?

People amaze me with their willingness to comment on others' bodies. I will tell someone they "look good" if I notice them dropping or leaning up. I will tell a close girlfriend "Dude, your boobs look amazing in that shirt!" because that's how I am with some of my friends. Beyond that... damn son!! Learn some manners.

I thought the same thing the night my gym served cookies around CHristmas. lol

Well, some people have legit reasons I'm sure. Acne scars we can't see, maybe. Whatever floats your boat, man.

I bet your Dad would be super proud! You've done a great job, and I really think you'll like lifting too!

Because generally speaking, you can't out-exercise a poor diet. It's a general statement that also has to do with the idea that generally speaking, a body likes to maintain whatever weight it is "used to" and th elss you have to lose, the harder it can be to lose it. ALso, realistically speaking, I doubt you'd e able to…

We all just ignoring my question then? I have never puked on someone. I have been puked on by someone...and not my child. A complete adult someone. :(
