I have weeks like that too. I just try to focus on how I feel better for a few days and don't weigh myself. It usually helps my bad mood.

definitely not a pipe dream, you can do it! I thought the same thing in January and now I can run six miles on a long run. I have a Garmin forerunner 305 also and I can't run without it even on the treadmill. I got the little foot pod and it is more accurate than my treadmill controls. <3

I agree, I use my inhaler 20 minutes before I go out or I literally cough my way through the run. I am also going to see the dr and ask about singular. I've heard it helps to keep your airways open all day.

i am 148 and would love to be 125. I'm 5'8 and have started a half marathon training program. I was thinking about dropping all carbs for a couple of weeks to jump start my weight loss. Does anyone have any pointers for me. I would love to be in the 130's by feb.

I love the p90x workout videos, but I don't follow just their program. I am also a runner and use that as my main cardio and the p90x as my toning.
