Anyone feel free to add me as well! I have a 3 week old and I'm trying to drop 45 pounds!

Hi! You're welcome to add me if you like. I'm 7 weeks along and focusing on eating healthy foods and working out 3 times per week. I'm always in need of motivation!

You're more than welcome to add me. I'm 7 weeks along with my first. I'm trying my best to make sure I'm getting a wide variety of healthy foods and working out 3 times per week. I set my calorie goal to about 1750 (about 300 more than I was eating previously). I'm not going to obsess over each pound - I just want to have…

I've got 4 months until 30. I could always use more motivation, so feel free to add me!

I have an open diary, so you're welcome to add me (as is anyone else!)

I'm in Kingston. Also have a history of yo-yo diets - hopefully this is the last time!

Feel free to add me. I'm at 145 and hoping to get to 130.

Everyone loses weight differently. I've gone from a C cup to a B cup. That said, since my chest isn't one of my main trouble spots, I would waaaaaaaay rather lose inches on my butt and thighs and keep my chest.

I make myself a cup of tea or coffee. If I still want a snack after, I can have one. But often I'm too lazy to go get a snack after spending a half hour making and drinking tea.

It's the same for me. In my teens and early 20s, I could go on a quick week-long crash diet and lose a decent amount of weight. I feel like I've been working my *kitten* off, and the scale is so slow to budge. I am working out a lot more, so I'm hoping that will give me a kickstart, since following a better diet hasn't…

1) Realizing NONE of my clothes fit nicely anymore. I was trying to blame it on things like the dryer, or "maybe it always fit this way", but when I found that nothing was comfortable, it was time for a change. 2) I'm ready to get pregnant, and I know keeping in shape will only get harder for me from here on. I want to be…

Mine is open to friends…which is great motivation, but also embarrassing sometimes. You are welcome to add me!

You're welcome to add me. I really enjoy how encouraging the network on this site is!

You're welcome to add me. I had a good run August - November, then stuffed my face through December. I'm hoping to get back on track for the long term!

Wow, you've done an amazing job! You look great! I'm also a pear-shape - similar body type. I have never carried much weight on my waist, but I have a pretty terrible saddlebag area. I tone up on top much faster than on the bottom, and I've sadly lost some inches off my chest, but I think it's the reality of the body type.…

You're welcome to add me if you like - I'm not pregnant yet, but we're actively trying.

I love group exercise classes - especially ones that you pay for up front. The fact that the money is already gone and the guilt from classmates keep me going back. Plus, nobody wants to be the worst in the class, so it helps me push harder.

Yup, I am also turning 30. I'm not loving the number, but I'm trying to make peace with it. 30 is the new 20, right?
-
Feel free to add me - I find it encouraging to see a feed full of people who are working so hard!
-
Wow good for you! I'm just starting the process, but I'll add you for sure!

Add me if you'd like - I'm always looking for motivation! It's also my 2nd round here - I got lazy last fall and gained a few pounds. Tracking food and exercise is such a helpful tool - when I'm not recording it, it's surprising how fast I veer off track..
-
I'll join in here! I definitely need some people to keep me on track!

I'm 29…I still count as my 20's for a little bit longer. And then I will turn 29 again forever.
