I was addicted to sugar back then. I recall eating raw sugar and my cup of coffee has more than 4 teaspoonful of sugar and I would have more than 3 cups a day. It was more of coffee-flavored sugar for me. I did go cold turkey when I started trying to lose weight but that didn't cut it. I relied on coconut sugar and sugar…

Hi Briana! I'm Ex. I'm 32 and started my weight loss journey at 280lbs. I'm down to 210lbs and my goal is to get to 180lbs. Feel free to add me.

You're not alone there. I was a relapser. The worse part was I lose a few and gained double. That was until I realized what I have been doing with myself and decided it's time for a permanent change. Now I'm down 70lbs and doing maintenance for the last 2 months to check and make sure that the habits I formed stick.

Definitely my eating habits. Took 5 months to adapt to the new habits but it worth it.

I'm ok with the ending since that has been the plan of the writers all along. Although it feels like the characters have grown so much that they could have done a better ending without sacrificing the developments the characters have had in the show's long run.

Yeah it is on the adventurous/weird side. Usually keep rewards that way. Try something new all the time to push me out of my comfort zone and to the next 10 pounds. Although at this point a wardrobe shopping spree seems a nice idea for the next 10.

I get rewards for every 10lbs I knock-off my weight. Next reward would be Butao broth with squid ink

I used to drink a lot of Coke Zero when I was starting with my weight loss journey. It was part of the transition I planned to start eating healthy and curb my addiction to it high calorie counterpart. I was drinking a liter a day of Coke Zero back then. Eventually, as the habit of eating healthy developed I find myself…

I joined MFP September 2012 but it took me 5 months to take it seriously. I was at 280+ lbs before I started losing last February and managed to lose about 65 lbs to date.

We all cheat at times and it's acceptable. On my worst cheat days I can consume 2000 calories over my limit. Odd as it seems but I use that as motivation to fuel my workout for the entire week. I reserve 1-2 days a week as cheat day and I still manage to lose. So don't worry.

I weigh everyday just to see how my weight fluctuates although I only record Mondays and Fridays as I tend to sweat it out on weekdays and take a cheat day on the weekends.
