Tina Turner. She's 73, and she looks like she's in her 50's. I assume she works out b/c her arms are toned.

I add some granola and some almonds with it. My favorite is the vanilla Dannon Oikos. Yummy!

I'm 5'7 and currently weigh about 141. My goal is to get to 130. Though, I'd be happy with the 130-135.

Turbo Jam/Turbo Fire is more of a cardio workout. Chalean Extreme is more of a strength training workout--though the program has two cardio videos. Chalean Extreme focuses on lifting heavy weights with fewer repetitions.

Since we got freezing rain today and yesterday, I was forced to do my long run on the treadmill. Boo! 6 miles done.

Finally recooperated from my cold/chest congestion. 4 miles done on some slippery, muddy wooded trails.

Good job! I'm on week 2 of the Push Circuit. As for measurements, I actually gained an inch in my thigh, though I'm not sure if I measured at the same spot as last month.
