Know any famous women who workout and are 60+ and look years younger?
I'm sure you've heard of 75 year old Ernestine Shepherd.

    not famous but my mom! she's 65 this may and looks like she's 50.

    Tina Turner. She's 73, and she looks like she's in her 50's. I assume she works out b/c her arms are toned.
