Uhu, I know that fat loss is driven by an energy deficit. That means I can also reach that goal with only doing cardio. I have understand that only cardio won't give you a nice body. I've also learned that strength training burns more calories over 48 hrs, than cardio will. Nope, because really.. I don't like exercising it…

Nice!! Nothing better then exercise at home! Unfortunately I have zero experience with weight training, especially not heavy weights (!!). So I think it's better to do this at gym with a personal trainer, who can tell me how to do each form and if I'm doing anything right!! I'm so excited to start today!!

That's not correct. If I work with another formula that says I need to eat 1700 cals, MFP gives you the opportunity to costumize your ccalorie goal qnd set it to whatever number you want. I think that's not correct, because then I have to pick Sedentary because I have a desk job and then MFP tells me to eat 1200 cals which is waaaaay to low. I need to eat at least 1650 cals...

I'm a legal advisor, so desk job (3 days a week) in my lunch break I often go for a walk or go cycling for an half hour...

Sorry, but this ^^ totally doesn't describes me. I almost never over eat. The point is that when I'm losing weight I eat 1600 cals. Now that I eat TDEE for maintenance, I get to eat 2100 cals. That's a big difference, so now I feel like I eat all day. And I don't mind it, because I love food. But it scares me a bit that…

To me it really seems like you're Moderatly Active. So take that number and deduct 20%. Use that number on MFP and don't eat back exercise calories, becaus fat2fit has already calculated your exercising in the numbers!
