Buy an outfit that you LOVE, spend a little extra money on it, but buy it at your goal size, and let that motavate you!

I hear ya girl! are you doing the same workouts everyday? maybe try switching it up so work other muscles and other parts of your body, like try running up a hill backwards ( i know youll look weird) but it works a whole new range of muscles. dont eat less, or workout more, just increase your weights and try something new.…

I had the pills for the depression, they were suppose to help with the anxiety, but I'm always worried about going to a new therapist, I had such bad experiences with previous ones that I worry about finding someone I feel really comfortable talking too.
