I never eat mine back..whats the point in burning them off and then eating them back. Stay within ur daily calories and exercise.

Feeling hungry is going to be normal the first month or so. Your body is adjusting. You have to learn how to say no to certain foods. You can have them every once in a while but not gorge them. Keep your calories at 1500...that's plenty to feel full as long as your eating the right stuff. Not just eating fruits and veggies…

Christmas...I knew i was going to start my change Jan 1st so I ate everything I could in mean time...disgusting! So far this year i havent cheated once!! =) That makes me proud. I know I'll never go back to that old girl cramming her face on the couch =)
