I did the same thing !! Just pick yourself up and do it. Today is day 1 for me again. I am not going to beat myself up over how far back I have gone, but I am gonna do it even better this time around !! Add me as a friend and we can do this together !! We got this ! :)

I do workout videos. Leslie Sansone has great walking video series if you don't own a treadmill, it's nice to have those. I also have the Slim in 6 series and just got the Mama wants her body back series. Find what you like and try the library or netflix for videos.

Oh my gosh...... Perfect timing. I just started back on here and back on my journey.....i had a back injury and gained just about everything back I had lost. Now I am back at it and can't wait to pass my old weight and finally reach my goal :)

so, I just got the wii fit balance board. How accurate is the weight measurement on it. It seems to go down quite a bit rather quickly when my home scale does not register any change ????

I use I can't believe it's not butter and low sugar strawberry spread ( I get Aldi's Fit and Active Brand) on Aunt Millie's light whole grain toast. LOVE IT!! and 2 slices like that is 107 calories.You can have some fruit or yogurt with it too :smile: Hope this helps !

slim in 6 is a workout DVD collection by beach body. It is a body sculpting workout. I know it works, I have seen the results. I am just hoping I have the motivation to stick with it.
