a boyfriend from high school gave me a HUGE stuffed bear that he sprayed cologne all over. I hate stuffed animals and the thing reeked! Oh, he also mailed a pack of skittles to my house (I also had to pay the mailman 50 cents in postage dues) that I received on Christmas eve. Strange boy.

So far I have been working off everything I eat. NO MATTER WHAT after spending an hour on the treadmill the other day I realized that that extra cookie just wasn't worth it. That has been helping for me. Also, at parties and such I keep gum in my mouth just to keep from mindless munching.

I hate eating after I just brushed my teeth, especially anything sweet so the last thing I am going to do before I leave my house for the party is brush my teeth. I also bought some gum to bring with me as well. I'm cheap and don't want to waste gum if it still has flavor ;)

I love this idea. I do $1 a day and $2 if I'm over my calories. I'm saving to buy some new gym shorts and a couple of kinect games :)

I also have a new rule at my house, if I want to watch my new movie from Netflix I have to be downstairs lifting or walking..if it's a good movie I get in a longer workout. lol

I *try* to do it first thing, as soon as I wake up then I don't have any excuses later on in the day or I don't get too tired later on either. I actually find that I am more productive when I work out in the morning. I work from home so I can get up whenever, it's a lot easier for me to do this then people who have to be…

Since I have upped my water intake I have noticed that weight has been dropping faster. Plus I'm burning extra calories by having to get up and go to the bathroom all the time ;)

Not from my original goal from the first of the year :( But the goal that I started on Dec. 7 I'm pretty close to. I just have to lose .5 lbs by Christmas :)

To get that "look" that I used to get all the time from my husband. I would also like to fly more comfortably, I LOVE to travel but the airplane seats just seem to get smaller every time I fly ;) The most important reason is to have a healthy baby :)
