  • I have a Polar FT60 and I really like its training program. It recommends how much to exercise to reach your goal for a six week period. I like a fitbit to see how active I am through the day.

  • Happy Birthday Kirstadee! I saw your other post about the heart palpitations so I don't blame you for being a little nervous. Just make sure your doctor is on board with the program and be safe. That's the most important thing.
  • I did W2D2 yesterday but wanted to do something today so I went back and did a week 1 type interval workout. I hope it's ok to do a little more than what is required. Sometimes I do too much at the start of something and burn out.
