Great ideas! Thanks! I'm trying to do better about eating breakfast. So far I've been grabbing a yogurt. But I think I need something a bit more substantial. Sounds like upping my fiber intake is a good idea. :)

There are a couple of things I use. One is a green super food supplement. It's listed in my food diary. I sent you a friend request so you can see it. Yummy stuff!! Helps alkalize and detox the body.

It's happened to me a few times. I think water is definitely an issue. If I don't drink enough, I go up. Kick the scale, then try again.
