I am in! I can go for 40 hours this month. For January I did about 32 hours.

I agree with you. I feel that moderation is always the best practice. In the past, I successfully lost 30 pounds from a diet high in protein/vegetables and low in carbohydrates. I feel on days that you are strength training it is essential to have some kind of carbohydrates in your diet to support new muscle and the…

Hello Everyone! My name is Christine. I am getting back on track myself. I have used this app in the past and successfully lost 30 pounds. I just joined the gym and find myself going consistently. I have also been tracking well for the past 4 days.I have 2 fitbits currently collecting dust in my desk at home lol. I am open…

Hi Everyone. My name is Christine. I have used this app in the past and found it to be very successful after losing 30 pounds. I lost track in the fall of 2013 when I started graduate school. Health concerns have motivated me to come back and to get on track. I joined the gym last week and becoming more cognitive of my…

I mixed it in a blueberry smoothie that I just made and it was so disgusting. Even after using sugar and lemon the taste was too strong. From now on I am just going to use it on my skin and hair.

Congrats! You really gave me hope. Love your determination!
-
Yeah its completely normal. Just make sure you drink lots of water and modify your salt intake so you don't bloat.
-
Same here! I really want to lose 50 pounds. Both of you can add me for sure!

Thats crazy lol. Just make sure the cereal you have does not have alot of sugar or addictives in it. As long as your active and moving you should be fine.

Not enough fiber in my diet caused me to plateau also. I have recently purchased fiber wells gummies and fiber one powder. I definitely see the scale moving more and frequent/ smoother movements. There are other suppliers that you can get like Metamucil like some people suggested. You can also get your fiber naturally from…

like many people said water, green tea, fruit and/or low calorie snacks

Remind yourself of the reasons you wanted to change and find something you really enjoy(physically) to get you right back up.

Great job you look great!

Im doing low carb as well. I am surprised I am still sticking with it. Its not as bad as I thought. I eat mostly protein/vegetables/fruit and once in a while I will have the complex crap lol. When I snack I stick to fruits/nuts/yogurt/ or dark chocolate. I think its a simple diet to follow. I have lost about 15 pounds so…

Hey there. Congrats on wanting to change and your new relationship. Your boyfriend should not be getting on your case about your weight, if he has an unhealthy habit of smoking. The fact that you guys hike and workout together should be enough. This may sound vague but its true a guy that really likes/loves you will find…

Many of the people above are on point 1750 is a high calorie intake, and two increasing your protein and decreasing carbs will make a big difference on the scale. Another thing Tennis sounds like great cardio, but make sure your doing some strength training along with that also(try 2x-3x a week). You seem to be mostly on…

I see your average calorie intake is around 1,800. For someone that is 5'4 that is a little high. I would recommend dropping it to the most 1,600( Even though 1,200-1,500 would be ideal. You can also try to reserve 1,800-1900 calories for one day only . You seem to be eating mostly healthy for the most part though. I would…

I work in retail and there is not much healthy food options for lunch. I use to just eat Mc'ds and Dunkin Donuts because I had no choice, and as an result packed on ALOT of weight. Now taking my diet seriously I bring food from home and rarely eat fast food. I lost my cravings for it and lost nearly 20 pounds( went from…

I try to lift(6 lbs) 2-3 times a week followed by 20-45 minutes of cardio. I sometimes alternate with 20 minutes of interval training where there is a little bit of everything.

Either take an multivitamin and or/ mix fruit with veggies in a milkshake. There are also juices like V8 that have the source.

I think it is possible. I was watching the biggest loser and the contestants lost like 20-30 pounds their first week in the program. This was without surgery. I think those that are BIG lose can lose massive amounts of weight in short time periods without going through extreme measures.
-
Hey there! Congrats on your engagement! I understand you want to look great on your special day, but you do not need to go through extreme measures to do so. The time people eat dinner is still ambiguous. From personable experience I would say 3 hours before bedtime( If you like you can even workout after you eat…

Hey there:) You can definitely achieve your goal sooner. You can just simply moderate what you usually eat with 3x-4x a week of cardio(along with 2x a week of strength). Make sure your diet isa week doing so along with working out 5x a week and lost approximately 18 pounds since November.I hope I helped I wish you the best…
