Starbucks does have the sandwhiches- which aren't really low cal BUT it's a decent amount for a meal if thats your "dinner". They also have fruit/yogurt things- but again, not the lowest cal. I deleted the sugar intake off of my diary and focus on sodium, protien, carbs, calories, and fiber! Maybe buy a size smaller and dont dry them in dryer, hang dry, so theyre not too tight to get on but stay the same size all day?

Maybe because you GAINED 4 last week you really didnt gain it and was just holding water, so now maybe your just evening back up!! Sometimes If i go up like 3-4 lbs the next week I lose those + some and its not really ABnormal!!

why do you think its off?? if you weighed on another scale maybe that scale is 10 lbs wrong and yours is 10 lbs wrong only =) and added together made 20 lb diff!

Is it possible that the scale is broken? Or perhaps its a different time of day? Sometimes I weigh +5lbs more if I weigh at one time of the day and then -6 the next morning. my best advice would be to get a scale for your house thats really accurate and if it STILL goes up then maybe try to figure it out from there?!

I would just eat more 1x or 2x a week so your body doesnt get used to low cals or research the zig-zag method because i think it really works!

Like when I have a cheat day and ate pizza it told me i'd GAIN like 6lbs in 5 weeks if i ate that way, and obviously I dont eat that way EVERYDAY, or if i didnt feel good and barely ate it'll say i'd lose like 15lbs, so i think if you basically eat the same everyday its a good estimate. Go get the steak! I found out that if im really craving something and i try to eat other stuff to replace it, then i just end up eating more and more and more and never being satisfied and in the end wishing i would of just eaten what i orginally craved =) Plus its friday!
