UPDATE: right after I posted this, I stopped eating healthy and exercising....lol. IRONY!!! But I didn't gain any weight I just completely recomped my body to be a lot of fat and no muscle. so I am back on my fitness game and am sooo happy to be back.

I do anywhere from 15-75 minutes of cardio before I do a total body weight lifting workout from the moves from the ChaLEAN Extreme workout videos =) Every day =)

I have lost 4.5 inches on my hips and 4 inches from my waist in 2 months. Weight lifting, green tea, eating low glycemic index foods all helped!

I prefer a cup with a straw that I sip on. I can usually get 4 liters that way. But I really like smart water bottle because they are easy to grip. I can easily get 6 liters in that way =)

Your blood sugar is probably spiking because there is no fiber/low fiber and no protein to stabilize your blood glucose levels and your body is trying to dilute the blood.
