I'm doing T25. They are both excellent programs. It depends if time is a factor or if you need something that not too high impact I would say go with T25, otherwise do Insanity.

Job well done

NICE! Your Hard Work = Great Results

I have completed all 3. It's kind hard to say which one you should do next , but I will say Asylum workouts are mostly shorter than P90X, so if time is of a concern then you can do Asylum. Whichever one you choose will give you great results.

I did Asylum a couple months ago. Got great results. Yeah... Vertical Plyo will hurt you...in a good way :)

All, Thanks for the Compliments

I started in fall 2009, but did not get "ripped" until I changed my eat habits (March 2011). The body changed so fast it messed my head up i.e. I had problems looking at myself in the mirror. I said to myself why didn't I do this nutrition thing when I first started working out.
-
I started with P90X, then P90X and Insanity Hybrids, also added a little P90X plus and finally Insanity: The Asylum. NOTE: Proper Nutrition was the missing link when I changed my nutrition i.e. portion control and making healthy choices (Thanks to MFP) it all fell into place.
-
Maybe you can try Insanity: The Asylum or Turbo Fire

One more test
