    Soo happy for you! And yes logging your food every day is a small price to pay to keep the good things coming.
    My mom has high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. I've finally got her to agree to come work out with me next week. Reading your story gives me hope she can reverse her health issues too.

    Congratulations! I was .5% away on my A1c from DM2 myself and fighting to not have to take meds. I am so glad there is hope. You look great, good job!

    DM is recent (since May) but HTN for years along with lipid issues. Would love to get rid of both the meds & the diagnosis\

  • Congratulations!! Your hard work has paid off!! My doctor took me off the Amaryl this past week because my fasting sugar was 55! Its now 90! Its a great feeling to have the meds monkey off your back. Continued success!!!

    Not really focused on low carbs but I only eat 100% whole wheat bread and stay within my calorie goal.
