Don't worry about too much protein. Especially if you're trying to get lean...Worry about carbs and fat. Definitely! If you are counting calories, it is a must . I never used to use one, bc I only counted meals and protein. Now that I'm working with a trainer, I'm counting calories and I use the scale every day. Takes the guesswork out of the process. It's so easy to use also...
