I wear a 'fanny pack' but it's small and honestly holds my pants up when I run so I love it! I always wear a headband. :) Don't worry what others think, if it makes your run more enjoyable (like having a place to hold my keys, cell phone is more comfortable in my fanny pack than my hands) then go for it!

Hi everyone! My name is Nicole and I have been on MFP since December. I have lost 56 lbs (some before joining MFP). I have 20ish more to lose but will likely need to lose more, so I think I actually have about 30 more to lose. Super excited to fit into a sexy halloween costume this year ;D

Pasta, white or whole wheat, and anything with wheat (bread, cereal, etc.) makes you have a bigger appetite. Wheat is an appetite stimulant. I've been told to use the foam roller on my IT band due to knee pain. I did it once and the next day MY THIGHS WERE KILLING ME. I haven't used the foam roller since but my physiotherapist said I just have to get used to it. But,....in order to make one body part better (knee) I need to make another part (thighs) sore???…
