Pancakes with cheese on them...yes i add syrup too! My partner thought i was gross but tried it anyway and is in love with the combo! Give them a shot!!

I cant stand when people track dumb stuff like doing dishes, giving kids a bath etc..just to get extra calories to eat junk...give me a break!!

WOW, why is is that everyone says its so bad for youuuu? I don't get it! I mean, I lost a total of 80 lbs in a year and a half. How is that bad? I also switched to equal that long ago and still see results. Why is everyone so anti fake sugar?

How do you set the goals in green? For example: Starting Weight: 217.8 Current Weight: 190.6 Goal #1: ONEderland - SUCCESS!!! Goal #2: 193 - SUCCESS!!! 4/6/2011 Goal #3: 183 Goal #4: 179 Goal #5: 170 No due dates - just get it done. Obviously this is not mine...haha

Hi, that amount of calories should not be consumed on a daily basis, unless you are burning them all. Look in your goal link and verify that this information is correct. If you do consume that many calories a day you should expect to gain weight. I am not a Doctor :)
