If you lose weight fast you gain it back fast.I love JM.I have a lot of workout DVDs,but my focus is not to lose 5 pounds a week.It is not real in the long term.

I know what you mean,I think you doing fine!Try to stay in your sodium intake limit but if it goes over once in a while it is not so bad.You also drink a lot of water and you lose weight every week.So you good.Your body is fine with it!Keep it up!

Hi, what I learned is to much sugar and sodium intake can mess up your weight loss.So maybe you should focus on that as well. I know,so many thing to watch out for,but it helps;)good luck!

Yes, I think to lose weight to feel and see it you need to workout as well.Tone your body and make the lose skin tight.Maybe you find some nice workout DVDs for home.Pilates is really good!
