My advice would be to replace the WW dinner with some veg/meat/carb (small amounts of low GI carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes) etc. Should really Increase your water intake and fibre (veg). At my gym the girls that are in the best shape are the ones always at the free weight area. No idea what their routine will look like however im sure google can help you along with people on here.

Dont really get alot of DOM's after a year or so of training. Legs can still bother me for up to 3-4 day after workout and chest can be verry tight the next 2 days after alot of incline. No DOM's doesnt mean your training isnt hard enough, means your diet is working!
