Honestly, it was just the first week or so that I either had to hold it to a break (I was going every single break, usually multiple times) and then my body regulated so I was going at the breaks and not doing the "pee dance" while I was teaching. I think I've asked someone to keep an eye on my class two or three times…

I'm SO close to finishing. Five days left! It'll be quite the celebration when I complete it.

I'm constantly needing to use the washroom. There's been a time or two when I've needed to ask someone to watch my class while I run quickly to the washroom (luckily it is just across the hall) but now that my body is getting used to the water, I don't pee as often.

My brother is getting married in August and my best friend in September. Trying to slim down for both of them! So far down 14 inches and 5.5% body fat!

I have and I LOVE them. I bake mine. I cut them up nice and thin - almost like shoestring fries but a little thicker - and toss them with different spices. Sometimes I'll make them "spicy", other times with simply salt and pepper. I haven't had them yet when I don't like them!

I haven't had any pop since Ash Wednesday. I cut it out for lent and haven't drank it since. I'm sure carbonation would feel weird now.

I'm doing WW now. I'm on the new points system and have 29 daily points. I have a Points Calculator that I just put in the nutritional information on a food and it tells me how many points it is. Yep, it happens to me. When I'm about to get my period, I try to stay away from food that will make me bloated (ie. salty foods). It's not always successful as that it what I crave when I get my period, LOL.

I was the same way. I gained about 3 lbs since losing 10 but was still losing inches. Today, I got on the scale and I am down 11.5 in total.

I'm working during it. I'm glad that I won't be at a party with all kinds of food temptations around but upset that I am missing the game.
