Caster sugar is extra-fine or super fine granulated white sugar. Normal white or brown sugar is ok to use in this recipe if needed. Caster sugar dissolves quickly due to the fact it is so fine. I think it is sold as superfine sugar in the USA. Hope this helps =D

There are some great converters out there. Just google what converter you need, for eg, kilos to pounds or Celsius to Fahrenheit. :bigsmile: Hope this helps :smile: 180 ºC = 356 ºF

There is about 2.2 pounds to a kilo. We use metric here and 85 kilos sounds a lot better than 187 pounds :laugh:
