Ha! I do that for my son, who refuses to take vitamins. he was always sick and now... much less. Oh, absolutely not! I am just saying these are the things I use to stay "full". I mix and match because the lack of flavor in water makes it inappropriate for some meals and lack of flavor between meals makes me want food. This is just me. I find it useful to break up the treadmill runs. Of course, I break it up with more exercise.
