  • Not offended at all. Actually still figuring out my exact goal so the 1900 was just a number I plugged in just to have something there. And actually I think the 1900 is a bit low for someone weighing 220 and doing P90X. I very much appreciate your advise though. Also about 3000 of that 3500 was from yesterday.
