cardio day! did not want to continue for the last bit of the workout but i did it. hate/love cardio! i cannot go down with the lunges r/t my back so there are some things i modify on my own but otherwise so far so good :)

i know there's mfp but there's a lot of forums like weddingbee with brides trying to lose- it would be helpful to be around people with the same goals. just remember that your dress may have to be altered so provide enough time for that- you don't want it falling down ;)

i can eat half a very large pizza pretty routinely now *cringe* oh i forgot that family sized mac and cheese? ya that's all for me. but i'm proud of that one and will not change my ways. and the family sized stauffers bake.. i'll share if i have to.
