what are you doing on rest day/s? i only do one rest day because i don't do double days r/t work. i try to get 8-12,000 steps on rest day to keep active. anyone else?

tips
To accelerate my progress im going to replace: one yellow with one red or one green. so 5 red 1 yellow or 4 green 1 yellow also they recommend doing two rounds which after a break I will probably end up doing.

tell me about your fish
preparation is there an easy way to cook fish? which ones do you buy? fresh/frozen/precooked? i have a bag of frozen mahi mahi but my boyfriend cooks that. i want to buy something easy for me to cook- and i'm not that great at cooking. TIA!

anyone sick right now?
the cough of death has hijacked my cold and it has been 10 days of tea, lozenges, staying away from people and wanting to do absolutely nothing. at least im not having an asthma attack anymore after my workouts. that was fun. anyone else?

daily check in
i made it through yesterday, woke up this morning super hungry. going to pre plan food and start cooking. I have 3 eating out offers this week. I keep telling myself it's only 3 weeks. if I have to hermit then so be it.
