Same here, I know I need to workout but I can’t seem to get motivated to do it. Seriously so tired and actually a little scared to do a workout video (which I used to do all the time).

Amazing work fellow shorties! You look fantastic! I’m now restarting (again) and disgusted with how big I’ve gotten. I’m 5 1” and 156lbs, larger than when I came home from the hospital with my last baby over 6 years ago. I’ve tried them all of course and just keep wasting money I don’t have.

Only workout videos from here or walking pushing the double stroller. I get bored really easily though, seriously can't seem to do the same video 2 days in a row and I get annoyed with certain "trainers". Thank God my library has a ton of workout dvds! Sorry I am no help here! I too love my flavored creamer, actually have about 3 different flavors in my fridge right now. Tried to teach myself to drink it black, just couldn't get it down. May need to try the idea of buying better coffee though...

I'm a serial baker too! I do it just because I enjoy it and love to surprise my kids/hubby/friends with my latest creation. I do however only leave out half a batch, other half goes right to the freezer. Also sweets aren't really my thing to binge on, um hello wine!

Even though the scale isn't going down as fast as I would like (does it ever?), I'm feeling stronger everyday. Actually can feel muscles in my shoulders, so excited!

Wow! You look fabulous! THANK YOU so much for this awesome post. I was so that person last year and pretty sure I wasted a boat load of money on a ton of quick fixes! However, now I am doing it the right way as I know it has to be for life not just the next week.

Another SAHM mom here. Things that help me are: workout DVD's at nap time or bed time, running up and down stairs while kids play, puwhing kids in stroller and using our stationary bike or treadmil (craigslist). I too try not to bring the junk in, but when I do or my hubby does it goes far away. For example, the Dorito's…

Me too! I walk (alot) while pushing a double stroller with 2 kids in it. Also do a ton of DVD's -Biggest Loser Power Sculpt and Kathy Smith Lift Weights to lose weight are what I'm currently doing. Probably will never join a gym, need to workout out when little ones are napping and can't justify the cost.

Ha, love this! I force my kids to walk to and from school everyday, even today when it was only 19 degrees out this morning. Do this while pushing the double stroller with a 3 yr old, 11 month old, and 2 older kids back packs. When we get to school we make a lap around school grounds, then say our good byes. My older kids…
