Yes going a lot but I think that means that we are cleaning out our systems. So I am taking it as a good thing.

Yesterday was my first day as well, It was a tough one for me but I did it. So one day at a time, now day 2 so far so good!

I am starting in Monday as well. I have 2 friends here who are doing it with me. I need all of the support I can get.

I am 5' even and 163 lbs. This group sounds great I am also looking to add friends because I fall often. I have realized I need support and motivation from someone who understands. So please feel free to add me.

I do the my cardio workout 4 days a week in the mornings and the shred later.

We have both cake and pie here left over. It has been hard I wish my family would just finish it off. Be strong I know you can do it! It will be much sweeter seeing your awesome weight loss in 15 days.

Good for you! It is never too late to make a change. I don't know when you will start to see the change but I am on day 6 and it is easier than day one. I worked out 3 to 5 days a week before doing this and it still kicked my butt. Stay motivated we are doing this with you.

I have completed Day six. I do feel stronger and the strength training is getting easier. The jumping rope still sucks.

Had friends over tonight, I did not want to workout when they left. I did it though because I am accountable for you guys. Thanks for doing this with me! So tired, goodnight!

I did it day two done! Agree with you all the pushups kill me too. My shoulders and back are sore but at least I know that it's working. I use 5 lb weights.

I went to the gym this morning so I will do it this afternoon. I have started this before and it did suck. We can do it though, kicks our but now but in 30 days we will think level one is a cake walk! Motivated!!!

My name is Tamecka and I am looking to lose 20 pounds as short term goal. I chose this diet because I have read about a lot of positive experiences using it. My second reason is because I am a carb junkie and I need to learn to take control of that. I will need lots of support and help.

I had that kind of day yesterday. It is great that you recognize your risks. Just make you next decision a good one. That is how I make it through the day one decision at a time. If I make a bad on I just make the next one a good one. You can do it! Good luck.:smile:
