It was good and tough and my hips are tight so I feel it today but I love that yoga makes me feel so serene!! Its a workout and meditation in one! Wow your amazing doing turbofire and P90X but this is my first workout in a long time and hoping to get where you are in the future! Bring it! Heather

The wine is up to you but maybe cut back as a treat instead of a regular thing! P90X eating plan is actually not to much food its actually alot of nutrient dense food so that its more filling with less calories!

If you dont eat your exercise calories you end up under 1200 calories a day your body goes into starvation mode and you wont drop a pound cause it saves everything you eat cause you are starving your body! OMG day 3 of lean program and the ab ripper x made me throw up a little totally intense wow! Shoulders and Arms went well but need to get a few more varieties of weights! Hope everyone else is doing good!

I tried to do power90 but it was just to much of the same everyday so i decided to get my big girl panties on and just do p90x. But having done some power90 helped cause it was some of the same moves! It makes me sore but I feel so great and excited so I love it so far!! I know its right cause I am excited to keep going!!
