I wish I could help better with the recipes, but I'm really not sure. What helped me the most with weightless was not buying unhealthy foods. It's hard, but if it's not in the house then you can't eat it. Please feel free to add me :)

Like, if youve done well for a week and now have a week's calorie deficit of, say, 3000 & tonight at dinner you eat 3000 calories in addition to your maintenance cals, then you would level out, I think. I'm 22 and I'm about the same; 62 - 65 resting and 155 - 175 ,jogging. Having such a low HR while walking (same as yours) makes it a pain in the butt to burn cals when all I want to do is walk!!

I would probably feel ill if I ate under 1000 cals/day total or if I was always netting under 1000 BUT I'm full at the end of the day and I've eaten a lot of good things (not 1300 - 1400 of chips and frozen burritos). This past year I've felt healthier than I ever have before! :)
