If you bake cake... Please answer
I like making cake from scratch. However, when it's in the oven cooking the middle ALWAYS rises higher than the rest and makes it really hard to layer the cakes on top of each other and decorate. Is there any way to prevent this/make an even cake?

Am I hurting myself?
I just looked at my HRM and I've burned 2900 cals this week, just through exercise. I looked back at my diary and I saw quite a few days where I netted approx 500 calories but consumed a total of approx 2000... Am I hurting myself netting 500? I feel ok but I only have 17 more pounds to lose.

This happens 2 or 3 times a week.. I am still eating around 1500 - 1700 cals total, but am netting 700 - 900... Is this going to hurt me? I get full and just can't eat any more.
