I'm 29 and my resting is 60-65. When I'm jogging I'm between 150-180.
Walking around I'm more in the 80-100 area.
I believe it gets lower as you age.0 -

I'm 22 and I'm about the same; 62 - 65 resting and 155 - 175 ,jogging. Having such a low HR while walking (same as yours) makes it a pain in the butt to burn cals when all I want to do is walk!!0 -
IM 26, mine is also around 80 resting and 180-200 cardio, I used to get worried about it but now I believe its great as long as you can handle it!0
