Hi. My name is Melinda. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and a non alcoholic fatty liver. I recently met with a nutritionist and she recommended this app. I am still learning to log every day. Anyone have any tips for healthy weight loss or diabetic friendly recipes?

I wish I could help better with the recipes, but I'm really not sure. What helped me the most with weightless was not buying unhealthy foods. It's hard, but if it's not in the house then you can't eat it. Please feel free to add me0
