  • FMD is not a fad diet. If you look at all the menus you will clearly see it's real food that encourages you to eat healthy, unprocessed foods. I started day 1 today. Without all the coffee enemas, etc. look at the menus. Now Dr. Oz....I can agree, I use to like him but as time as passed I am pretty upset with him.
  • Using my fitbit and I am just now getting it synch with MFP but it seems my calorie burn is LOW and I wonder if it's tracking all my steps. I jog/walk interval, but sometimes I use the hill feature and have to hold the treadmill bar. Does the fitbit know I am still moving because sometimes it give me inaccurate times for…
  • As much as I hate to admit it. I do much better when I eat breakfast. Thank GOD I have a husband who is a breakfast freak and fixes it or else it would be burnt eggs and whatever else! Even if you juice you should have something to start your day off right. Just my 2 cent.
  • Been using my fitbit for about 3 weeks now. I like it. Looking for some online friends to help keep me on track. Look me up! RealtyGoddess
  • There are a lot of free resources to help you find recipes that will help you. Start here: http://www.skinnykitchen.com/ If you do a few recipes and have one cook day, you can have meals already prepared and it will help you stay on track.
  • You may want to try juicing for 3 to 5 days. I mean REAL juicing. Not bottle buying. Might put the nutrients right where they need to be and shake your body up.
  • Awesome! You'd be surprised how much stuff you can have and how wonderful it makes you feel. I've done it.

  • Hi! I am size 16 and today I weighed in at 213. I've lost 27lbs total so far. I started in January with Weight Watchers and now just switched to MVP. I prefer to count calories than points. That was a bit deceiving. I workout five days a week. I am learning to jog. I started out with one minute jog intervals. (one min jog…
  • We are most critical of ourselves. We see our bodies everyday. I bet others see it big time! I have lost 27lbs and just yesterday while washing dishes I noticed my wrist is smaller! My WRISTS! pretty cool. So keep on going, you are doing wonderful and I cheer to you! YAY! POM POMS UP :flowerforyou:
  • I start as soon as my eyes open, I down 23 ounces and then through out the day I down a total of 80-90 ounces. I get it all in before 6pm because there is nothing worse to me than having to get up in the middle of the night to pee. UGH.
  • Just cancelled my membership today with WW. I have been on it since January and I know it's a good program and all but this new point system just does not make sense. I lost 26lbs in six months but I know I could have done better and I followed the program to a "T". The zero point foods really are deceiving because you are…
  • CONGRATS!!! POM POMS UP :flowerforyou:
  • I am in the process of transitioning. I have been on WW since Jan 1, 2014 and I've lost 26lbs so far but I am not happy. I lose so crazy. One pound here, then nothing, then 5lbs there, then nothing. HATE IT. The activity points, flex points, zero fruits and veggies thing just feels funny. Please let me know if you…
