I'm at 207 now but I did start about two weeks ago at 214 ("start" being, "Hey look! There's where my motivation went my whole life- FOUND IT!!" I login everyday, for every meal, and totally serious about getting the "me" back that I love and remember!0

At 205, but closer to 206. Need some serious motivation right now. I just can't seem to get myself moving. Last year at this time I was trying to get out and run/walk in the mornings....now forget it. HELP!0

Hi! I am size 16 and today I weighed in at 213. I've lost 27lbs total so far. I started in January with Weight Watchers and now just switched to MVP. I prefer to count calories than points. That was a bit deceiving. I workout five days a week. I am learning to jog. I started out with one minute jog intervals. (one min jog four mins walk) and now I can jog 25mins straight on my good days!
I am looking for others who also are dedicated and ready to move forward. I am not afraid to share my struggles as well as my success!

Hi! I have started at 216lbs so on a one woman mission lol! I'm on my first week of diet chef as my husband has gone away today for 6 months. got a lot of hard work ahead!!

i was 246 pounds, size 18/20... i just wanted to drop in and encourage you to keep at it! the longer you maintain your new eating habits and routine, the easier it becomes, and poof, before you know it, you will be to your goal! good luck, all of you!!!0

My Fitbit. I'm a numbers person- so if I feel sluggish, I tap my Fitbit and it reminds that yes indeed, you have only gotten off your butt and walked 2,000 steps today. Let's go slacker....! There's no secret- I have always been incredibly active, but I ate like crap fo sho. So now, I cut the crap out and that's where the initial drop came from- pretty sure. Also, I never ever ever ever drank water (and I live in AZ<--I'm not smart) but now that I drink copious amounts of water daily, I feel like I've flushed my system0 -

I'm 224 (lost one pound, yay!) But I'm a 14 in most things.I can still fit into some juniors clothes, shockingly, lol. I'm about 5'8. It's interesting on how we can be similar weights, but be different sizes.
My ultimate goal is 155lb and a solid size 8.

My weight crept (JUMPED) up on me after I shattered my ankle. I recently had surgery to really fix it and now I'm looking to get healthier and slimmer again! I just recently went down from 216 to 208 but I'm still at size 18/16 right now. Just trying to get moving again. Feel free to add I"m working with a fit bit trying to get my steps up from ZERO/couch potato.0
