I think its similar to that, you just have to lift different weights until you find it. After that its easier because you can only go up from there. Working out with 270 is good I think, I do 10 reps of 170 now and 3 sets

my boyfriend is the same, he says he feels little around other guys. He has been trying to gain weight for a while

if you don't mind me asking do you know what your thigh measures, I measured my boyfriends and his are 21" with muscle and that is a few inches larger than mine, but yet I'm stronger.

That's small for a guy, mine is barely over 5" and is quite small. Frames come in all different sizes though

6'1" 130 is not healthy, I would focus on getting healthy. Your arms and waist look tiny so weight training might do you good. I'm 5'6" 135 and a healthy weight. Shooting for 120
