I fell off too last week. Glad to see you are back on! Same here. I started Beta this week! Excited for some new workouts coz I'm a little over the Alpha ones now :-)

It's week 3 for me! Still chugging along. Unfortunately my diet is not as clean as it should be.. I need to clean it up!!

I run. That's my drug of choice :-). But no other workout programs..Just casual strength training at home and running.

Depends on the workouts Breeca2... TBC is my toughest to get through. I do need to modify some of the moves (pike ups- UGH). You will get stronger each week! It does get easier.

Pressing Play on T25 (second time doing the program, dropped 10lbs first time around last fall, shooting for a repeat). Week 1. Day 3. TBC is still a killer.

I did the program. Dropped 10lbs. I wasn't as strict with the diet so if you follow the rules, you will see results. I enjoyed it. Would do it again.
