Right there with you all. IDK how many times this is? Five at least, seriously.

Oops. Thought I went back to edit that. I can't before I work out in the a.m. because I don't have time. I can't eat and then jump into a workout or else I get sick. I have to do the "wait 20 minutes" thing.

Thank you so much!! Good luck to you, too. :)

Totally get where you're coming from. My sister and I are polar opposites in the looks department. When we go somewhere together, it's like people fall all over themselves to help her. Me? Not so much.

Thank you all so much for your advice and opinions! You all look awesome! Do you guys follow a specific program? Beth

I feel your pain! I have a three-year-old and work full time. The hubs works the night shift right now, so I feel like a single mom 99.9% of the time. I do really good at planning meals and exercising for a time, then something happens that makes me get off track, and it takes me forever to get back in the groove again.…

Awesome!!! That would be a huge NSV for me, too!

Thank you all for the support and motivation. I sincerely appreciate it.

Western Oklahoma here. I've been off the wagon, on the wagon, off the wagon, on the wagon. Even God himself has probably lost count. I lost about 10 pounds in a few months on here. Then I had a setback and reset my ticker about a month ago. My ticker still says 0 pounds lost, if that tells you anything about my "fresh…

I've been doint 30DS for a few weeks now. I've done level two this week. Well, I've gained two pounds since my last weigh-in, which was a week ago tomorrow. I'm not going to lie, I haven't been 100% accurate on my log, probably going over a 150 calories or so. Animal crackers have been calling my name. I haven't eaten the…

Thanks for all the help and kind words! I found a TDEE calculator, and the result was 1940. My BMR was 1421. I think I'm going to aim for about 1500-1600 calories a day? Sound about right? Is there some way to reset my calorie scale for my MFP diary? Thanks!

Well, it just feels like I'm gaining it back since I lost down to 145 the first week, but then went up to 148 the week after that and will probably be about 148ish at tomorrow's weigh in.

I'm 4'11" and currently weigh 147, even though my profile pick says 145. Grrrrr... My goal is 115 - 120. I've been doing this for a little over two weeks, my official weigh-in will be tomorrow. I've been up and down, already. My highest was 160 after I had my son and my lowest was105 in my late teens and early twenties.…

Thanks for all the replies, ladies! I really appreciate them. Y'all look awesome, and the stories are inspirational!!! For those of you who had c-sections, did your stomach go back to normal? At this point, I'd go for fairly normal, lol. Beth

Body glitter from my mother-in-law. Serious.

Well... a couple of years ago when I was a regular on the treadmill I liked to start with I Can Transform Ya' by Chris Brown and hear Till I Collapse by Eminem somewhere in the middle.

Awww, I'm sorry. Men can be such butts!!!!! Awesome job on working out to cope!!!!! Return his gift and tell him you accidentally threw it way. Beth

Wow!!!! All of you guys look fantastic!!! I'm considering taking before pics, but haven't decided yet. I know I look horrible, and I'm not 100% sure I need a reminder, lol. Beth

I just joined today, so I'm still playing around with all the tools here and not sure what I'm doing, haha. I'm 34 years-old, 4ft 11.5 inches, but I usually round up to 5ft. I was about 20 pounds heavier than I wanted to be when I got pregnant two years ago, add 50+ pounds of baby weight, and now I've got 153. I lost about…
