  • If i talk about vitamins that fruits are best source of vitamins so i like to eat fruits daily. I get lot of vitamins from fruits so there is no need to use any supplement. Fruits are best nutrition food that contain vitamins and minerals.
  • I am going to share my favorite top 10 food that i eat. 1. Potato 2. Apple 3. Spinach 4. Pizza 5. Chicken 6. Pasta 7. Apple 8. Banana 9. Grapes 10. Carrot.
