Working out at home

My gym is on limited hours over the holidays, so I'm supplementing my 5km walks with home workouts. Tonight I did:

Step ups (on coffee table) x 20, 6kg kettle bell tricep extensions x 10 each side
Step ups x 20, kb squats x 20
step ups x20, kb bicep curls x 10 each side
step ups x 20, kb ab twists x 20
step ups x 20, kb crunchies x 20
step ups x 20, kb windmill twists x 10 each side
steps ups x 20, kb shoulder press x 10 each side

Then repeat all over again

Anyone else know good kettle bell exercises and/or cardio you can do in the lounge? (I hate burpees!)

Just let all my women MFP friends in on this. January 1st, Mark Lauren is publishing a new book that is focused purely on body weight exercises. You can view a sample here:

I definitely recommend it. I bought his first book and the application. Great for times when you can't hit the gym or don't want to leave the house.

I also don't like to go gym. I go to the gym once in a week and like to do workout at home. My home workout routine is simple. I do some yoga and some cardio at home. I spent 50 minutes on workout. I think home is a good place where we can do workout easily.
